I've built out an extensive branching narrative structure but haven't yet deployed it because I've changed my mind as to how I want it to work, interactively.Whenever I get to return to this project, the next phase of its UI evolution won't resemble this very much at all.

Story Premise Generator Loosely functional. No longer maintained. A high-fallutin' database-driven narrative engine that tells you all sorts of stories with, frankly, very little censorship. If you're of a superstitious inclination, hell, you could even use it for bibliomancy, placing your fortune in the hands of the Law of Synchronicity and see what insights it will tell you about your current situation in life. If you want to up the existential stakes or whatever. You do you. (This project was in development for 5 years, but Crowey's NPC Gen is its next phase.)This was my first big computational linguistics challenge I took on ca 2014/2015, before I understood all the libraries that already existed on the subject, and before I'd read any Chomsky, and before LLMs were a factor.
